The cardio equipment is from Life Fitness and the plate loaded free weights are from Hammer Strength. There are two cable machines also from the same companies. The LeMon's spinners add a colorful display for those interested in biking, weather it be for competition or a leisurely ride. We offer fitness classes (step, yoga, cardio circuit, and Silver Sneakers). We have personal training for those who want to fine tune their workouts and also offer nutritional tips for those who want to learn how to eat healthy.
